Common Questions

Yes — all passengers must identify as women. This is core to our mission of providing a safe, private, and comfortable space for our clients. No exceptions.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on the day of service. Corporate invoicing is available.
We primarily serve Chicago and surrounding areas including Evanston, Oak Park, Naperville, Schaumburg, and the North Shore. Long-distance trips can be accommodated — contact us for pricing.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests are accepted based on availability — call or text us directly for urgent bookings.
Cancellations made 12+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged in full.
